Goldasich Vick and Fulk are pleased to announce the election of Justin Owen and Nate VanDerVeer as Partners in the firm. Justin and Nate are talented, hard-working trial lawyers who have steadfast commitment to their clients and embody the level of advocacy our firm delivers.

Owen joined the firm in 2012, and maintains a state and federal appellate practice and broad based civil litigation practice, including personal injury, medical negligence, product liability, business litigation, motor vehicle collision, commercial trucking collision, contract dispute, and labor and employment matters. He has been recognized by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” (2017, 2018) in the field of medical negligence. Owen received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law and holds a B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Virginia.

VanDerVeer joined the firm in 2018, and focuses his practice on representing individuals injured by consumer products, automotive products and medical drugs and devices. He has been recognized by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” (2015, 2016, 2017) in the field of product liability. VanDerVeer received his J.D. from Mississippi College and holds a B.A. from Auburn University.
