Areas We Serve
Your Case Isn't Limited by Where You Live
Goldasich, Vick, & McCartney represents clients in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and related cases across Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida, and our reach extends into the states around them too.
Whether you're a few miles from our Birmingham office or several states away, the preparation behind your case doesn't change. We also take on personal injury and catastrophic injury cases nationwide, so where you live isn't a reason to wait to make the call.
Contact us at (205) 922-7146 to talk with an attorney about your case, no matter which state you're calling from.
States We Serve
Two offices, four states, and growing. That's the short version.
Birmingham, Alabama, is home base. Our firm was built there on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, and that's still where most of our attorneys work day to day. Atlanta, Georgia, is our newest office opening. We've opened a second office there so clients across the state have someone closer to sit down with in person.
Beyond those two offices, our attorneys currently handle cases in the following states:
- Alabama – Our home state, where our attorneys are only ever a short drive away. Every case gets the same trial-ready preparation, whether it started in Birmingham or another part of the state.
- Georgia – We have opened a second office in Atlanta, Georgia and are now able to serve clients state-wide!
- Mississippi – We represent clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases that start in Mississippi, under the same no-fee-unless-we-recover structure we use everywhere else.
- Florida – Clients facing serious injury or wrongful death claims in Florida get the same responsiveness and trial-ready preparation as clients who live blocks from our home office.
Our work also extends into the states that border these four, and we take on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases nationwide. If your state isn't named above, that's not a reason to hold off.
Distance Doesn't Change How We Handle Your Case
If you're calling from outside Alabama or Georgia, you might wonder whether an out-of-state case gets the same attention as one filed close to home. It does. We prepare every case as if it's going to trial, a standard that doesn't shift based on which state you're calling from, and you'll work with the same attorney throughout your case rather than being passed between case managers.
That preparation is also why clients describe our team as responsive and informed. That's the same approach Goldasich, Vick, & McCartney takes for every client, regardless of where their case originates, and they won't owe a fee unless we recover money on their behalf.
Contact us at (205) 922-7146 to schedule a free consultation about your injury or wrongful death case, whether you're calling from Birmingham, Alabama, or another state entirely.
