NBC News report on Goldasich client suffering after Tyson Farms environmental spill

Tyson-Farms-Hanceville-Alabama-Environmental-Spill.jpg

In this NBC News Report, Goldasich personal injury attorney Josh Vick and our client Mark Griffin speak with WVTM 13’s Sarah Killian about why we believe Tyson Farms and others should be held accountable for Mark’s illness, pain, and terrible suffering.

More than a year after the wastewater spill on the Black Warrior River, we continue to pursue legal action against Tyson Farms and others.

June 6, 2019, a pipe malfunction at the Tyson Farms plant in Hanceville sent hundreds of thousands of gallons of toxic wastewater into the Mulberry Fork of the Black Warrior River and killed an estimated 175,000 fish.

Mark Griffin, who runs a boat shop on the river in Dora, became severely ill in the weeks following the spill. Mr. Griffin spent months in the hospital where he underwent several painful surgeries.

If you or a loved one have suffered injuries that you believe may be the result of toxic wastewater exposure, contact us today for a free legal case review!
